UNIVERSITY OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA: MASTERS AND DOCTORATE DEGREE PROGRAMS

Applications are on going for international students including Nigerians to partake in Masters and Doctorate programs at University of Western Australia.
International Postgraduate Research Scholarships (IPRS)scheme is to attract top quality international postgraduate students to areas in which the University has specialized research strengths and to support Australia's research effort.
Eligibility
- Applicant must enroll or be enrolled as a full-time student in a higher degree by research (HDR) at the University
- Applicants must not be in receipt of another UWA Postgraduate Research International Tuition Fee Scholarship or a UWA International Living Allowance Scholarship
- Applicants must have completed at least four years of tertiary education studies at a high level of achievement demonstrated by the award of a degree of First Class Honours standard or equivalent
- Applicants must meet the University’s English language requirements for scholarship holders
- Applicants must enroll in an area of research concentration and be recommended by the head of the school in which the proposed study is to be undertaken
Application Process
An application for a scholarship is also an application for admission to the University. All applicants need to apply through the online iATHENA scholarship system.
